I don’t know about you, but come September, I’m ready for everything pumpkin. When I spotted “Krusteaz” pumpkin spice bread mix at Costco, I knew I’d found a unicorn. This quick bread mix is my “new jam”. In this one box I’m able to whip up pumpkin waffles, pancakes, muffins, bread and cookies. Not only is this a quick and easy way to fix a festive breakfast or afterschool snack. I’m able to please even the pickiest of eaters, which is important to every parent. My personal favorite are the mini muffins, I can pop in my mouth in the carpool line.
